板材深拉冲杯试验过程分为：

1.自动剪切圆片

2.自动压边，压边力周围必须要均匀载荷，否则会引起材料的不均匀流动

3.冲模拉伸

EC系列与之配套的模具能剪压冲拉一次成型，同心度得到了保证，使用起来也非常方便，只需要机器上舍得好压边力即可
